Good introduction to the Bar Method
Very good DVD. Worth getting if you are new to the Bar Method. Easy to follow. Good solid instruction. I liked the way the instructor taught the moves. It is a good beginner's DVD on how to do the basic moves correctly. I am glad I purchased the DVD and I will use it often.

Crucifix shines like glass
Solid feel to crucifix. Detail is good. Chain is strong. I will be able to use the chain and matching crucifix for parts to make a very attractive rosary or keep as intended necklace. Shiny surface of stainless steel metal is of highest quality.
