Feel good with focus on a generation of women "The best they can be".

There are many ideas, easy to understand with suggestions and reasons to back up the decisions to be made, The instructions are easy to follow. The before and after pictures are incredible. I'm so glad I found Christopher Hopkins. My confidence and my life will be better thanks to him.

Works great. Can really notice a difference in the texrure of my skin.

Not you everyday eating plan
Too off the wall. Most food items cannot be easily purchased. Recipes not interesting. The three day fasts are helpful and easier to follow. Some helpful suggestions.
