Jeep is a very personal choice.
1995 was the last year they made the YJ series Jeep. A utility vehicle is personal and every one is different. The common value points of the Jeep are, they are simple, reliable, and very fun to drive. The negatives are the rust spots in the tub and lower bolts of the front and rear bumpers. The comfort level is not for the faint of heart. If you study Jeeps as I have, you will find a historic legacy which makes them the most unique mass produced vehicle in History.

The mid range Cobra 25 NW LTD
This is one of the middle range products from Cobra. Even as a mid-range, it is an excellent and rugged product. This model can stand up to hard use for decades. The only problem with the "night watch" feature is that the diodes give out and are short lived. This is not a problem because the 25 NW has plenty of other lighting which is very reliable. You don't really need the night watch feature.
