Awesome for the money!!!
Excellent melter (although it's the first and only one I've ever used). I don't think I've ever had that much fun pouring lead!! Poured a bunch of .490" balls, then some .315's!!!I was having so much fun, I broke out the buckshot molds!!! I couldn't stop!!! Don't get me wrong, I like sitting by a campfire, but not in the middle of summer!!!! This thing made it so easy, and fast!!! I wish I had bought one years ago!!!!

Cheap and of poor quality
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich It worked well until about 3 hours into it's first use. Gear teeth on drive gear stripped off. I knew it was cheap so I was even taking it easy on it (not cranking it very hard and starting it slowly, then building up speed). Fan and housing are pretty efficient, gear box components are really, really poor quality.
