Good product. Could be better.

This plug is a good value, we like it also because it is all black. Adding proper wire terminal indicators (large enough to see): "G" ""W" "X" "Y" and perhaps adding color code to the wire insert ( green, white, red, black) would make this almost perfect.

I was given a copy of this book years ago and since then I've been gifting the book along with a cast iron skillet to friends that enjoy reading and cooking. It's a good read and the recipes are quite good as well. It's out of print and copies are hard to find, I'm happy to have found this one. What can you cook in a cast iron skillet?
