Works as described
It is the correct part and works very well. The surprise was it arrived much earlier than expected. Packaged well and clean.

Carefull inspection and patience with this purchase
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The pins needed some straightening to install into AM3 socket. It took almost 20 minutes to have the cpu drop in. Used lighted 10x and 20x magnifier to align outside row of pins on two opposite sides. EXTREME care in straightening pins with fine knife blade. Not the first time received used cpu with minor problem. Takes a lot of patience but the result was gratifying. Seven year old computer never worked so fast.
