Christmas Gift for Granddaughter

Stickers are sticky
I bought these stickers to put on a helmet. But when I opened them up to install them I noticed that they were not sticky. Therefore I had to buy double stick Scotch Tape to install the Bus "STICKERS". Disappointed with the product.
