MSM gamechanger.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich MSM can be a game changer. I was heavily medicated for almost 9 years with dermatomyositis. I tried numerous other approaches as western medicine was not useful. I read an article about MSM, read this book, started with very low doses and slowly my pain levels decreased. I was able to get off of morphine, prednisone, and other meds. I also had openings in my body from the disease where I had to have wet-to-wet dressings; started adding msm crystals to the saline dressings solutions and the holes closed up.
