It looks to be authentic. As it is NOS I can not verify it is authentic cummins part. As I am just installing the thermostat i cannot speak to quality and performance. Thermostat is right on top of the engine. You will need to drain off about 2 gallons of coolant.

Battery will lose connection
I received these fobs and was very excited. Got the cut and programed and worked great for about a week. Then seemed battery was dead. I replaced saying could have been old stock. After changing the battery fob still didn't work. I found after testing and inspecting battery terminals they lost connection by the keys being in your pocket or jacket. Seller offered a return and replacement. But pay to have new keys reprogrammed and same problem. I believe that having some sort of pad or cushion that holds ould the terminals is the only fix. Be very careful, cheap connection will break easily.
