  I paid for the item and the seller then sends me a message that they will not be shipping because of some issue between them and eBay where eBay is withholding money. So now I’m out money and they are refusing to ship. They are either a fraud or are so incompetent they can’t / won’t provide eBay the necessary info to conduct sales and get paid…so the buyer gets stuck. I would not buy or sell anything with them. Doing so is asking for problems.
