Teach Yourself Visually
By far the best teach yourself book I've ever had. In the future, before buying a "For Dummies" book, I will research this line of books. Hopefully the subject matter will be available as this line of books become more popular.

Quality is better than expected
There are several different companies selling these on eBay. I read all the different descriptions. The price range is extreme. Some companies offering the skeleton at double the price. In meditation I asked if there were any benefits to buying the more expensive versions, assuming they would be a better quality. The answer was no. After receiving this, I think they are all probably made by the same manufacturer, just the marketing is different.
This one has the bulging disk and a removable tooth. It also has a clear plastic cover or dust cover. I don't think these were mentioned in this suppliers description.
The accompanying key is extremely rudimentary, like what you would find in a primary or middle school class.
It is easy to set up. My delivery service was extremely rough in the delivery so I was surprised when it was completely unharmed. The finger and toes are attached with thin wire that could easily break if continuously moved. However, as long as you don't overuse these, there should be no problems.
I highly recommend this.

Excellent source of plant based protein.
Excellent source of plant based protein. Adds flavor without being overly sweetened. I use it in chocolate espresso fat bombs. D-lish!
