Printing was difficult to read
Instead of a regular dark ink this book's recipes are printed in a very light grey. As I've watched him on TV, Jamie Olivers' recipes are great, look very flavorful and healthy. I was very anxious to get his cook book but very disappointed when I opened it and saw the problem with the light print. While I have fairly good eyesight, I just found it hard to negotiate the grey-scale printing while also trying to cook. If this isn't a problem for you then, by all means, enjoy the book and I"m sure the content itself will get 5 stars.
