  Seller cancelled order due to inability to disassemble item to ship and refused to pay for extra shipping to ship as is. Seller made no effort to work with the buyer to find a solution agreeable to both parties, like proposing to take the item apart and whether the buyer was okay with some slight damage to the item. A simple Google search gave detailed step by step instructions on how to disassemble the item. The buyer s poor handling and poor service of transaction justifies a poor rating.
