  Great seller. Excellent communication before, during and after purchase. Went above any beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the purchase. Strap was not included, but much better case than the gig bag pictured. I haven’t seen plenty of straps, so no an issue. Well packaged and shipping cost noted on the label was actually 2x what seller charged me. I haven’t seen this model for sale in better condition or for a better price than what I paid. 100% endorse this seller!
