Great value
Picture is grainy, but sound is good, plays well. DVD is crazy expensive, so glad to find on VHS at a great price.

Cute and colorful
This is actually some kind of fabric with a rubberized backing. I still put it on top of another tray (plastic) just to corral in any water spills. It would be just fine by itself if I didn't have such a nice laminate floor after all these years. I was looking for a humorous retro design (think Anne Tinter) only with cats, but this was a close second. Very artsy and cool.

Tracie Long is always a great instructor. I did this short (34 minute) workout and my abs were sore for days :)
