These little pills are amazing - they work in seconds. I swear by them. Two or three (depending on the severity) under the tongue and cramp is gone in under a minute, usually. And it works on cramp anywhere, not just legs.

Still getting used to using it but it's ...
Still getting used to using it but it's proving more accurate than my Fitbit. The battery drains very quickly, which is a nuisance. I've had to buy additional chargers so that I can charge the watch during the day if it runs low.

Not fit for purpose
First, the good points: it's easy to assemble, light weight and easy to carry. That's where it ends.
Bad points: instructions are pretty useless (we had to work out how the wheels went on, for example, as there was no diagram). Putting more than one small box on it makes it difficult to use, as there isn't enough clearance from the wheels.
Waste of money.
