Gimmicky
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich Overall, I found this book gimmicky. A lot of reference to studies, but not footnotes so I don't know how to verify them. And the actual "code" is four hand movements. There is a website for the book/author, but I think it's not monitored at this time.

Do Not Waste Your Time or Money
Not even as good as a child's plastic toy. Can't even hear your own heartbeat.

Not a percussion massager.
This is not a percussion massager (pounding up and down). This is simply a massager. It has adjustable speed which is a good quality, but it seems noisy. It is probably okay if you want vibrating massage, but not what I wanted.
