Great Value for Money
If you need to replace a watch strap spring then for the range of sizes in this set it is well worth paying that little bit extra to ensure you end up with the correct size. Quite often to buy just a pair of link pins you will pay half the price and you are getting 360 pieces with this product.

More than just a souvenir
I spotted this lamp whilst looking for something else Olympic related. As I'm in the process of turning loft space into a study I needed a couple of reading lights and thought these looked reasonable. When they arrived my wife thought they would make good bedside lights as they were of high quality..in short we ordered another 5! One or two of the bases had slight marks but they polished out and it has to be remembered they are second hand !..It will make a good talking point when we have guests staying ...'who used them?, Usain? , Mo?, Jessica? Hannah ?. To sum up they are great little reading/bedside lights with the bonus of history attached.

My Use for Amber is not what you'd expect
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich First let me say that as someone who has done a fair amount of gemstone polishing over the years that the stones (once cleaned) were of good quality . Further they are indeed amber as I reduced the whole packet to dust (with the aid of a hammer) and the smell of the resulting powder was pine needles a test for amber. Why you may ask ?... well I also do a fair amount of wine making and in a book I recently bought I saw a recipe for the 'Oldest drink in the world'.. add to 500ml of vodka about 10g of crushed amber and leave for 4 months in a bottle. The result, once put through filter paper, should be a pine scented drink which has one ingredient which is 35 million years old ! ... a conversation piece for friends rather than a regular tipple I expect... time will tell.
