Sunwayphoto as good as the best, if not better!
It may be from China, source of many a shoddy product, but this is as good as any you'll find anywhere else in the world. Packaging is excellent - always a good sign while the base itself is extremely well made - Arca Swiss quality at the very least.

Excellent product
Shutter tester works extremely well when testing large format lenses when instructions are adhered to and is accurate as described. Using the same software, it also works perfectly as a means to measure the rotational speed of drill presses, milling spindle, fans, or whatever. I've also tested it to find out the flicker rate of a computer screen (which is also a good way to test the tester for accuracy).
