I eventually DID receive the product that I ordered on 2nd November 2023,9 days later than the date of arrival which should have been 25th Oct 2023 at 14:00 because a thief in the shared property where I live took the package thinking it was something valuable.
That thief then returned the package opened when he realized what it was and no good to him and placed it back where the property letters are kept for all tenants.
The item works better than my original remote that is 17 years old,so I can say this second hand product works o.k. and better than the original one that I still have.
