Worth more than its price!
As a starter watch nothing beats the Combat Sub. Seiko is good but if you want to start with a Swiss watch the Glycine Combat sub has the history, finish, robustness, availability of parts & service, style and price. Fit and finish is great and punches above its price point. Accuracy with my subs has been great, anywhere between +4 to the worst performing one at +8 seconds per 24 hours. Got lucky on one that I can self regulate and never had to reset it when I tested it for a year. Winding is a little heavy and noisy but so far they have held up. Bracelet is nicer than Seikos but for strap junkies the lug width is a common 22mm so you have a lot of choices. For its price you are definitely getting more than your money’s worth.

Gets it done
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Used it to size my Oris Aquis which had really small screws. I used one of the drivers that fit the screws well and it was not a problem getting them out. I say this because if you read Oris bracelet discussions it seems a lot of people have a hard time taking them out. Why the 4 stars? The drivers do not have the size engraved on it. I looked with a magnifying glass and could not find one. Yes, it is color coded but mine did not come with any reference as to what size a color is. But I’m satisfied that I was able to resize an Oris.

Unique, stylish and functional
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Unique, stylish, Swiss made, fits perfect for my 6 3/4 wrist (2 inches across). Been keeping good time. Have not reset it in almost 2 weeks. 3 time zones, two of them in GMT time so you can tell if it’s am/pm.
