The GA-880GM-USB3.1, AM3+ motherboard is and excellent product and from the splash screen, I could deduce it was no more than 4 year old, representing good value for money.
I have held a long preference for AMD processors and have installed a 3 core Phenom 2.8Gb processor, but used the bios to unlock the fourth core, which works perfectly (may require bios update).
The GA-880GM-USB3.1 has more than enough ports and expansion slots and is impressively quick with 8Gb DDR 3 ram installed in 2 slots (another 8Gb on order).
I find that this motherboard is an excellent product and would recommend it to anyone. Particularly good as an upgrade for an AM2 motherboard.
Completely compatible with Windows 10.
