Bum Card
Doesn't work. Tried it out with 2 different cameras, a Canon 7D and a Canon 5Dii.

New Life to Old EF Lenses
The Canon EF-EOS R lens adapter is the best adapter for EF lenses to mirrorless systems. OK, maybe that's just hyperbole but, RF has been better than other systems in getting their cameras to make the most out of EF lenses. I've been adapting E-mount and Micro Four Thirds for years and it wasn't til trying them on RF that I've been happy with their performance. Even on a budget RP camera, the performance of EF lenses is on par with my EOS DSLRs, if not better. On the flip side, I also have a 3rd party adapter, and this one has the drop-in ND filters, and I got it for the same price as this one, and its performance is damn near identical, if not so. Does this mean praise should be heaped on the system rather than the adapters? I don't care. This adapter works like a charm and I'm so glad I got one. There are cheaper options out there, but that doesn't affect my satisfaction with this product.
