The Best USPS Stamp Issue of the Year
A lovely postal history design, only spoiled by the fact that it is not soakable.

What an Embarrissing low Design!
This stamp issue was to advertise the US World Stamp Show.
It looks however like a cheap tobacco label.
An attractive stamp can be an cultural ambassador of the issuing country.
This one is just embarissing and the quality is so low, it does not even soak!
