Good value for the bearing.
The bearing worked out fine for me, double metallic shield, and the dimentions were accurate, and the ran smooth.

Old unit was sold and not NEW.
Although the unit was suppose to be New it was definitely old and used. I had to return the product.

Good PWM voltage controller.
The unit came with a quarter page instructions, which was totally useless. The output was AC and not DC. The way the description is stated one could decipher either way.
The display worked flawlessly, and it does maintain the setting once the power is removed.
The unit is packaged nicely,
I was able to run the unit on 110v ac, and also at 220vac. input voltage.
I have not pushed the unit with maximum wattage and see what happens.
The output varies with the digital setting up/down setting, and retains the setting.
