  Seller did not honor the sale. I bought and paid for the item. Seller created the shipping label but changed his mind the next day and cancelled the order. He said it was an error and relisted it for more money. Contacted him but was offered the higher end for this card and at 3 to 4x what I paid...

  This was an honest mistake when entering on Ebay. The card was supposed to be listed for $2,700 and it mistakenly got listed for $700.
