Does the job!
Instant aphid control - the band stopped the ants moving up & down my fruit trees to 'tend' the aphids which were making the leaves sickly. The unguarded aphids then got picked off by wasps & ladybirds.

Best strapless half toe clips available
I've used these for many years in preference to steel clips with straps or clipless pedals. They are very strong, robust and easy to use, providing far more secure foot location on the pedal than you might think. Also easy to get in and out of, with no need for special shoes or cleats, and no fiddling with straps. Friends with MTBs who scoffed at them are now converted, having tried them out at my insistence. They could revolutionise your riding experience. Seriously. I wouldn't ride a bike without them. It's just a shame that they're no longer so easily available. Buy some now at the low price from this seller and try for yourself. I might just buy another couple of sets to see out my lifetime.....

Well made. Well designed. Good value.
Excellent way to improve the comfort of a mountain bike.
It helped me convert mine (now also with comfy saddle, rack, proper mudguards and road tyres) into a rugged commuter bike. The quality of the stem is second to none, and I really appreciated the adjustability and especially the two-bolt handlebar clamp, which made swapping out the old stem very easy. The 22.2mm / 25.4 mm adapting collar was also a godsend. As it's very solid, it might be a bit heavy for purists. All in all, though, a good product.
