Its Back
got a laptop from a friend. great features. more problems than most. no key, no passwords,no brains.
got this product and ran a complete repair. searched for my necessary dell drivers on line. installed and now 90% back to new condition. i still need two drivers to be complete.
Over all this is a great product. saved this Dell mini 1010 from sure death at the bone yard.
Would have been better if they added some drivers. but well worth the purchase price.
some knowledge of computer operations is helpful.

New computer compatability issues. older units OK
boasts universal. BUT this seems to apply only to older units.
HP Pavilion 14-b109 about 2 years old. WILL NOT WORK..
HP 15-1387 new last month WILL NOT WORK..
Dell mini 1010 PP-19s at least 6 years old.. WORKS
An older laptop will probably work

could be better
if the app worked with my phone. no app found for lg-p999. dials out,calls in,plays music and tells time not too bad for 25.00. wish it all worked
