Superior to traditional stovetop method
Vastly superior to cooking jam the traditional way in a pot. Uses less sugar, jam sets every time, preserves the flavor and color of the fruit. Best of all, does not boil over and ruin the stove and kitchen, and pots. The one small drawback is that it makes a small batch. It is worth it having two of these.
