Good sfp+ 10g switch

Cisco product, with the good and the bad. Pros: It's extremely powerful. It pulls about 20w. It has two 10g sfp+ ports. Cons: It's loud, but not as loud as a 3750. Fan speed varies often, and increases early in the temperature range. It has compatibility issues with certain Cisco SFP+ modules.
