Hedlight relay
Besides being used in the Impreza, this relay is also used for both the high and low headlights in a 2011 Forester (probably among others). Worked like it is supposed to and significantly cheaper than what the auto-part stores want for it.. I ordered an extra one and threw it in the glove box to avoid Murphy's Law of having the one I didn't replace now fail too.
BTW, since both high and low headlights use this relay, you can easily identify if the relay has failed by swapping them. You'll need slip joint pliers to grab and pull them out (with some difficulty). My low beam headlight relay failed which meant I only had high beams. I swapped the relays to only have low beams until this relay came in.
FYI: for your Suburu, look for the "ACV31212" P/N embossed on the relay you need to replace. That's the relay manufacturer (Panasonic) actual P/N although I don't think Panasonic makes it any more.
