  I've put a positive feedback although unfortunately the Dimplex Optimyst heater arrived damaged in transit which was totally out of the sellers control. The seller Peter couldn't be more understanding & accommodating & arranged for a courier & refund extremely efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate buying from Peter again he is true gentleman. Thank you Peter for your outstanding effort you went above & beyond in rectifying the situation & it's much appreciated.

  A slightly older model but having had a good clean refurbishment, as it did not have a box and due to previse delivery problems it was delivered next day by the seller a very helpful chap called Peter ,who said any problems get in touch and it can be sorted what more could you want I set up the fire and everything works as it should a good buy thanks
