AMAZING ALBUM! So much more than the digital experience
I have to say I have an excellent vinyl setup, so read it accordingly. I only recently found Moderat, less than a year ago, and have been listening to digital formats. When this album came out, I pre-ordered it. I was really shocked how complete an experience it provides. In the digital version there are some songs that feel like B-side songs, and I want to skip to those songs that "sound the best". In vinyl, the whole album is a complete experience, and I have no desire to skip anything. Crazy thing, both of the cats came and listened to the entire album, and they wanted me to play it again when it was over!

dependable, rugged, darker sound, great value
Reliable, can handle high voltage and high startup over voltage (in my Ampex amps they see 550VDC steady state and up to 670VDC inrush). Meaty sound with a lot of substance, a darker sound relative to the 5_4 family rectifiers. The Zenith branded 5U4GB tubes are very reliable and good sounding.

good quality strong screws!
Very nice screws, easy to drill, they do not strip. Recommended!
