Challenging but great for stamina
I am not superfit by any means and was a bit put off by some of the reviews which suggested that you would have to have the fitness levels of superwoman to do this dvd! But I have to say that I love it. Yes, it is challenging, yes you feel like you are working out, but surely that is the point. I think that the dvd is great in terms of developing stamina which is obviously important in terms of preparation for the big event and also targets muscles which you may need to rely on during birthing such as quads for squatting. The fact that the dvd just relies on you making use of furniture rather than expensive equipment is also a bonus. If you had a very low level of pre-pregnancy fitness then I would suggest Davina instead but if you are reasonably fit then Erin will keep you on your toes throughout pregnancy :)
