Great product in a domestic environment
I already own the same item TEW-814DAP, so I knew what to expect. I was pleased to see this item was (as promised) in original packaging, complete, unused and working condition. This model is obsolete so I have no expectations of significant upgrades from Trendnet, but it seems to be well featured and a good design for an access point installed in a domestic environment, I do not think this product would be suitable in a business/corporate environment, as it does not have the additional security and management features found in Trendnet's access point current products. I have two of these wi-fi access points combined with a BT router; this provide goods coverage in our house (the network equipment is connected over a wired ethernet backbone and some switches). Importantly, these Trendnet units allow the broadcast power to be adjusted, so I can tweak the wi-fi signal availability across my house.
