It is easy to use and comes with full instructions. Works well.

Didn't really work
I couldn't access my phone battery to put the device in its best place and I didn't want to be removing packing to make room for something that might not work. I tried it by resting it on the outside of the phone (a tip I got online) but there was no noticeable improvement in the signal. Perhaps it would have worked better in the battery compartment.

Good quality
My only complaint is that the lid only locks when the pan is being carried by the handles - it does not lock if, for example, it is placed in the boot or on the floor of a car
