Good value and enough capacity for my needs
I'm very happy with this tool. It does exactly what I need, great for making small parts and quite generous chuck capacity. As a hobbyist machine that will get occasional use, the price is very reasonable. It doesn't take up much space on the bench and can easily be moved if necessary. It looks quite well made. Tiny, but has a nice cast base, chuck feels positive, and so far nothing appears eye-catchingly flimsy. If I'm careful with it, I expect it to last a while. An inexpensive solution to a need for greater accuracy - much better than wobbling about with a hand drill!

Great tool to have
This is a really nice tool that did the job perfectly, and at a lower price than others on eBay. Mine was sent without the spacers and bolts shown in the pictures, for attaching the handle. Including these would have made it a real out-of-the-box ready tool, but I suppose would also have increased the price. For those of who think we're up to changing clutches, sorting out a couple of spacers shouldn't be a big issue, and indeed even I was able to do it using materials I already had, without much hassle or any machining. It also gives users the flexibility to determine their own offset as required, which I suppose was the intention. The half-inch square drive in the handle is an inspired feature! It helped me do the job single-handed. Thoroughly recommended!!
