Easy to fit
Found these easy to fit just ease the spring clips out of the old ones and they pull off.
only thing to watch for, new ones do not compress easily which shouldn't'.
I found the easiest way is to get a long piece of wood and prop the door wide open, fitting is then easy and just a case of push fitting the new ones.
Take the wooden prop away and door that now assists with opening and holds up fully open.
No more banging head

A very good adjustable power saving kettle

We drink instant coffee, told that it tastes better to not boil the water but bring it to about
90 degrees C
This kettle is very good for that, and as it is a vacuum jug, maintains the temperature for a long time.
Saves energy, and has a keep warm feature that will maintain temperature for up to 4 hours.
Even when off after returning a few hours later the kettle was still at around 55 C so required less power to bring it back up to required temperature.
Cons,
Heavier than a normal kettle slightly harder to judge the amount of water in it, could do with a "remaining cups" read out feature. Lid must be put on perfectly to allow the button release to work. pours slower than a normal kettle smaller aperture, not enough to worry about though.
Pros well out weigh the con's
