made for midgets.
The rubber part itself is perfect but the straps are too short. It is made for a skinny teenager. If they make the fabric part a little stronger with longer straps, this will become a very valuable item. Perhaps if the straps were made longer and the bag would have straps on it so it could be worn attached to your leg and worn under cloths this item could be a real valuable item.

very good charger for storage and battery rejuvenation.
This charger is ideal for long term storage as it takes the battery up to 14.1 V initially until it is fully charged, then it drops back to around 13.7 volt. An automotive batter that is in intermittent use needs this kind of treatment to keep the plats from sulfating. Don't let the price fool you.
