i am giving positive feed back Because seller did every thing he could & refunded me my money , AFTER UPS SMASHED THE PRINTER UP IN TRANSIT, seller still trying to get his money back, UPS telling Lies saying they came for parcel & i refused to give them it, i sat in 2 &1/2 days waiting seller even told them to send a label & i would take to one of their collection points , did they no that's too simple. now i know why UPS wear brown its because they are Poo,
