Great workout
This workout is still hard no matter how many times you do it because it emphasizes small isometric movements, and gets more intense with better toned muscles. The clothes and set are a little dated, but it adds to the charm.
This is very similar to a barre express workout at a studio. The music is a simple, electronic and energetic and isn't weird or alienating. The instructor is good.
The only thing I dislike is the girls are wearing dark colors on dark mats, so it's sometimes hard to see angles or heel positions. The verbal queues are great though, so just listen and it's clear.

Great for using less foundation
I love this product, and other products made by Spehar out of California for my bees.
Foundation and wedge frames are hard to install. Foundation is old wax, and isn't as effective as freshly made wax for filtering toxins, so using foundation isn't great for the bees.
I use these to put thin strips of foundation around the edges of my frames. This ensures my bees build out neat frames of wax, and removes most of the problems caused by using foundation.
