Fabulous!
Bought this on a whim as I already have an extensive range of Joules scarves and I have far too many! Love the colours but I would describe it more mustard yellow and grey, than brown. Very pleased with it and it’s soft against the skin!

Great reference book
Suitable for both beauty therapists and home-users, this is a compact, straightforward and easy to follow book with the added benefit of a DVD. The exercises are illustrated with both a photo and diagram showing the muscle/s you are working on and the instructions are easy to follow. Nutrition and skincare info is included and I was interested in the beauty secrets from around the world chapter but bemused that the UK wasn't mentioned!! All in all, a great little book and highly recommend!!

Essential reading
If you are a Foot health practitioner,podiatrist or reflexologist, then this book is one for your reference library! Highly recommended.
