Should be a GCSE textbook...
I'm not kidding. If half the children in school knew what this book tells you about your own body, so many wiser choices would be made about eating and exercise. It's not hyped up diet nonsense, it's just plain facts. Read it and understand what your own body needs what it does to function well (and why).

Feel good film...
Sentimental film, with a lovely story, strong characters and quality production and musical score.

Perfect for night running on the trails...
I've used cheaper versions and learnt a lesson when they don't light up the path sufficiently. This does the job and you feel safe out running through unfamiliar territory.
