This stuff works for me!
This takes a good week to start feeling the effects, I had been feeling really fatigued and like I was lacking something, even first thing in the morning and now I am beginning to feel a bit sturdier and little less exhausted.
It comes with a little plastic measurement cap that you can secure to the lid and keep it all in the fridge once opened.
I would definitely recommend it, the only reason I haven't given it the full 5* is because some of the fruit extracts are from concentrate. Other than that I would use it again if needed.

Great value and quality!
I've been buying this tub for a while now, the eco tub keeps the cost down but they definitely don't skimp on quality. It lasts me ages and is the best coconut oil I've used so far.
