The item arrived in a better condition than expected. The seller was extremely responsive. Shipping was fairly speedy and packaging kept the item safe. The winning bid price was great. The only hiccup was that the seller marked the item as shipped before shipping it.

I have severe dry chapped lips. I bought 5 toothettes. I apply it twice a day. After I started using the third tube, it's dry. Nothing cone out.
