A must read to fully understand how Islamists think and why!

I bought this book after seeing author Ali in a TV interview and was so impressed with her personal story of courage. I wanted to get an "insiders" view and accurate facts about Islam, since it seems to be a deadly storm gathering over the horizon. She writes in a clear, understandable, and very informative way about how the Islamists think. She also gives the background as to how this thinking evolved to where it is today. After giving all this background, she gives very specific steps as to how Islam can be reformed and still very much be Islam, but without the stoning, maiming, and killing. She's a "heretic" because Islam teaches that Islam as handed down by Muhammad is considered to be absolutely perfect and to suggest change or reform is heresy! She shows great courage on all levels. This is a must read to understand the how and why of Islamic thinking.

Eye opener!

Such a great read that keeps you intrigued through out the whole book! The insight that you will gain about the how and why of the way modern democrats attain power is clearly revealed. What's so interesting is how the author explains how a traumatic event in his own life led him to see the truth about those who seek power over us. Highly recommend!
