Prince - Ultimate [Remastered] (CD 2007)
This is Prince. Prince is good. This is not a complete "Best Of" package and therefore a little disappointing. The remix versions are a total waste of time.

First experience of the late GSH
Fabulous album - it is like you are being read a personal letter out loud.....such a beautiful voice both speaking and singing. Such amazing words. Gorgeous and so very modern music. One complaint....way too short

Cirque Du Soleil - The Best Of Cirque Du Soleil
The songs all sound very much the same - a little like over-dramatised eurovision entries. They must have selected the dullest songs from each of the shows for this compilation. Pity, as Cirque du Soleil is a fantastic performing troupe. I was expecting a melding of Lisa Gerrard/Talvin Singh/Joy Division - ethereal, spiritual and dramatic (and a little bit dancey)
I was hoping for something much better - how come DJ Ravin found such a good track for Buddha Bar IX?
This is going straight back on Ebay (or to Oxfam) - really not my cup of tea at all (and I have very eclectic tastes)
