Great little motor for the money

This hearty little motor is withstanding 125 degree temps in a heat box --- working like a champ -- I would recommend!

Speed Problem with Kitchen Aid -- Could be you need this Governor

Kitchenaid's Sometimes need help in the speed department. IF your Mixer doesn't move unless you turn it all the way to highest speed -- THEN you may need this GOVERNOR. To know for sure -- take off the back of your mixer. You might see small parts floating around in there. Then look at this part -- is it intact? If not -- Replace it . Go to YOUTUBE and you'll find out how to do this! It's not hard -- be careful and take your time and your mixer will THEN need to be adjusted after you install this. TO adjust your mixer you will have 2 top screws that go on the back control plate (Just behind this governor that the elec wires attach to) Then a small screw in the bottom middle. Adjust the bottom middle screw almost all the way out. THEN start playing with adjust the top 2 screws -- once you have the mixer working at the proper speed for SPIN then you have it. Might take some playing around with the settings but don't give up -- If I can do it -- YOU CAN TOO!
