Vintage product that made my father happy!

Looking for this product for my 91 year old father who wants the same thing he has had for the last 25 years! His roledex is very old, full of out-dated phone numbers and the slide along the side no longer worked. I checked lots of stores before I decide to look for it online. He was so happy to know that I got the exact same thing to replace it. Now, I need to transfer all those numbers for him! So glad I was able to find exactly what he wanted and what he was used to using to look up his phone numbers.
