The Artist's Way
Interesting, motivational, may even be life changing. Not sure whether that'll apply to everyone who reads Julia Cameron's book. I'm happily arty and creative, possibly that colours my positive response and joy to her suggestions. Take the daily pages, she has a way of explaining that I found so encouraging that I actually started doing them - with immediate benefits.
